My name is Paul Mulready.  I am a professional contractor who started with nothing…no money, no credit and no experience.   In almost 40 years, I have built hundreds of custom houses, successfully completed thousands of residential and commercial building and remodeling projects; and have made millions of $dollars through good times and bad.

Yes, it is possible to be very successful in this difficult business and to make an excellent living and beyond; but you must have the tools; and I don’t mean hammers and saws.

I set up this site because I have mentored many younger contractors for years who continue to call me on a regular basis.  Over the last few years I have become increasingly aware of how much I could help other contractors like you with the knowledge I have gained over my lifetime.

I have been a student of this business all my adult life and I know it well; but I had nobody to teach me anything.  I had to learn it by doing, making mistakes and falling on my face; and that I did plenty; but I learned, I did not forget and I prospered much more than most.

Now I want to share with you all the things the magazines and seminars only touch upon.  I read the magazines.  I go to the seminars.  They are fine but they rarely give you any details on how to manage the business.
