Our aim is to provide you with the best information we can at the most reasonable price through our free blogs and our paid subscription newsletter. We also realize that there are specific situations that arise that need a more immediate answer. We can help you with these as well through the following services.

• Estimating Review

Do you have problems producing accurate estimates? You should come within 1 to 3% of your estimate with your actual job costs. We can show you how. We will review your estimates on a case by case basis and point out areas that need improvement for one small fee…or a continuing service for a small monthly fee.

• Specification Review

Do you have difficulty writing good and precise specifications? Good specification writing is critical to the successful completion of your project. We will help you write them on a specific project for a small fee.

• Contract Review

Without a good contract you might as well go hug a suicide bomber…you are going to be toast for the “wrong” customer and his lawyer. You can purchase one of ours, which we have constantly improved and updated over 30 years; and then adapt it to the specific requirements of your state.

• Consulting and/or Advice

Do you have a question that you have not seen an answer to on this site? As a subscriber to our newsletter we welcome your individual questions. We are happy to answer them and post them for free.

If you feel that you could use some help on a continuing basis for a period of time we can provide that for a small fee…much smaller than you would find from other professional sources.
